After one decade in the music scene, most of it in the city of Macapa. The composer and musician Sandro Gaia moved to Belem (the capital of Para) in May 2007, with the intention to restart his Band. The former band called REDGAIA became GAIA Rock Band. It participated in some Music Festivals such as: Assembléia Paraense (2007) and Paraiba Pop Star (2008). However, in the begining of 2010, the group went through changes and new aims were settled.
Our music is being taken more seriously and the rehearsals are regular with a fixed place for it. The menbers are now: Sandro Gaia (vocal), Bryan Birth and Paulo Almeida (guitars), _______ (bass) and Igor Belo (drums).
For 2011, the band has new plans. The greatest of all is to become trilingual. Writing all the songs in Portuguese, Spanish and English. This is R´n´r breaking new barriers, to be again music with no boundaries.
